KEHO’s goal is to make Central Finland an internationally competitive centre of wellbeing, health promotion, social welfare, sports, physical activity, rehabilitation, health related business and research.
To accomplish our goals, we have connected with other regions nationwide and worldwide. Since 2019, KEHO has been a member of The European Connected Health Alliance (ECHAlliance). ECHAlliance is the global connector for digital health, facilitating multi-stakeholder connections around ecosystems, driving sustainable change and disruption in the delivery of health and social care.
The main benefit of working together with other ecosystems is the multiplier effect. Collaboration with other regions and ecosystems makes it possible to scale up health-related innovations, businesses, and projects.
ECHAlliance Ecosystems are all regionally focused, permanent, multi stakeholder partnerships committed to working together to implement innovative solutions that improve the quality of health and wellbeing of citizens, the effectiveness of the healthcare system and the scope for wealth creation and business opportunities.
